As a company specialising in safaris, Go2Africa came to us looking to create a story that would not only boost their search demand, but also highlight them as the number one wildlife travel destination in the world.

To do this, we create a data study that found the top countries for wildlife spotting around the world. We analysed 70 million photographs from travellers, tourists and locals, and calculated the percentage of photos in each country that featured wildlife. This allowed us to find where you had the biggest chance of spotting, and photographing wildlife. We also compared U.S. states to give us a strong outreach angle with press.

The study revealed that Kenya came out top in first place, highlighting a key location for the brand. Furthermore five more of their locations came in the top 10, cementing Go2Africa as the go-to specialists in wildlife experiences.

The campaign gained links in over 40 publications including Thrillist, Fox News, Digg, Travel + Leisure as well as many regional news outlets in the U.S.
